Three weeks in the Masai Mara! I stayed at just two camps - 12 days at Kicheche Bush Camp in the Olare Motorogi Conservancy, followed by 10 days at Kicheche Mara Camp in Mara North Conservancy. We had disruption from unseasonal weather throughout the visit. In what should have been the dry season we endured torrential rain on most days, the weather only letting up a bit towards the end. Whilst this undoubtedly reduced our ability to get around and see the wildlife, we still enjoyed many excellent encounters. The Masai Mara Conservancies are probably the best places in the world to see big cats, and they certainly once again performed!
