A spectacular 21-night voyage on board Wild Dawn, a beautiful small cruiser which was chartered for just seven passengers. Starting and ending in Juneau, we sailed round pretty much the whole of this wildlife-rich region. For the wildlife it was all about fishing - predators feasting on abundant salmon and herring. We enjoyed much success on land (Brown Bears, Black Bears and a Coastal Wolf) and at sea with Orcas, Sea Otters and Humpback Whales. The humpbacks in particular were very special. We saw multiple sets of humpbacks bubblenet feeding, in fact at one point there were three separate groups visible at the same time!
